  had a very disappointing experience at McDonald’s. I waited more than 30 minutes just to get 2 Spicy McCrispy sandwiches, which is completely unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. We chose dine-in, but they didn’t even provide a tray, which made it inconvenient and messy to eat. On top of the long wait, the service was poor. There was no proper communication or apology for the delay, and the staff didn’t seem organized. Overall, this visit did not meet basic expectations for speed or customer service. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both efficiency and staff responsiveness.

  After sitting in the drive thru tonight waiting on our order all that time. We had an order of nuggets that required sauce. And the girl at the drive thru assured us that it was in the bag but no it wasnt. My husband went back inside to get sauce but he said it was 6 customers standing in line with complaints but no one assisted them up front , it took another customer to literally reach in their bag and give my husband two of his sauces. While 3 workers outside standing around talking loud one was cursing rather loud. It was two females and one male . The male was the one cursing.. This is just ridiculous!! Very poor and disappointing service…
