  i just want to brag on the sweet adorable lady who works morning shift at the food pick up window. she is always so so so kind!! she has strawberry blonde long braids. i wish i knew her name. i called corporate just to brag on her. thank you ma’am for always having a great attitude 🫶🏻🫶🏻

  Order through the app picked it up and of course I didn't receive what I paid for I looked in the bag I thought everything was there get home of course I'm missing my daughter's meal so I gave her mine could not get nobody to answer the phone to get it straightened out of my money back you only got 30 minutes to complain I was traveling

  Big shout out to the amazing early morning staff member (a lady with black curly hair) who took such great care of me today. The espresso machine was acting up, but instead of giving up, she made sure I got my Americano anyway. She was so kind, thank you so much!!!

  They are kinda lat of service but food and atmosphere is and the fries need to be salted and hotter

  Obviously, their employees don’t know spicy sauce from ranch the receipt and tag on the wrap was correct but as you can see this is ranch not spicy and there were eight of them $30 worth called corporate was assured I would get a call back and haven’t. Poor business practice
