- NMNicky Morris3 days ago1.0My adult friends and I were in town for a concert and stopped in afterward because it was one of the few places open late. Despite the restaurant not being busy, the experience was terrible. The restrooms were blocked off, and we were told they were closed. We weren't given receipts when ordering, and instead of calling order numbers or names, employees just shouted sandwich types. Someone else took one of our sandwiches, leaving us waiting 45 minutes before the issue was finally resolved. We also had to ask for basic things like napkins. Meanwhile, employees seemed more interested in joking around with drunk college students than serving customers. I understand it's the Strip on a Friday night, but not everyone coming in is part of the college bar crowd. Very disorganized, poor customer service, and an overall disappointing experience.
