  I have been sitting in this drive thru for 25 minutes and counting! Absolutely ridiculous. I would just leave but since it's an online order I've already paid.

  Every time I come here, the customer service is 100/10!!! They are always super sweet and everything is always perfect! Everyone needs a raise asap thank you for my sammies 😝

  Does every freaking cookie have to have white chocolate chips?! Pumpkin, peppermint, red velvet. CANT EVEN HAVE A REGULAR CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE. I'm surprised they didn't throw a few into the oatmeal raisin cookie for fun. THE ONLY cookie that should have white chocolate chips is the Rasberry Cheesecake cookie AND THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THAT ONE!!! Also I keep going in and asking for a meatball sub and they never have it. It's literally on the freaking menu why are yall always out. Getting rid of the bottled lemonade, THE MOST POPULAR ITEM ON THE MENU, and replacing it with FREEZING COLD PASTA SALAD. What horrible menu decisions. No Diet Dr Pepper. Boo. No Dijon mustard. No pepperoni. No personal pizzas. No microwave or toaster oven or way to heat up my sandwich, but I've seen them making pizza in the ovens. 🙄 This sandwich shop is a complete joke.

  literally not even less then 5 miles away from them and they cant deliver to work.......its not a "delivery service" if you cant even deliver 5 miles away...and on top of that they said we can deliver to me but it has to be a catering order over $50 so rude and over the top...guess I will have to stick with a pizza today #veryfrustrated
