Ordered extra meat and cheese on a Cubano but received regular Cubano. Only 3 of 9 sides were in order. Employee reluctantly added rest of sides and we discovered at home the sandwich problems. Contacted corporate, who referred complaint to franchisee. Heard nothing from the franchisee. Spoke with manager today and she addressed all issues with order and apologized. We will continue to to use them hoping this was a one-off.
