My experience with the burrito at this Chipotle was extremely disappointing. The rice inside was undercooked and hard, which completely ruined the texture of the entire burrito. The filling wasn’t even hot — it tasted like it had been sitting out for a while and there was barely any meat included. For the price Chipotle charges, the portions and quality should be far better than this.
The burrito itself was wrapped sloppily, with food leaking out onto the foil and making a mess before I even opened it. On top of that, the customer service was uninterested and unprofessional. No one seemed concerned about the quality of the food they were serving or the condition it was handed to customers in.
For a location on a university campus, this is embarrassing. Students and visitors deserve better than cold food, hard rice, tiny portions, and careless service. This store needs serious attention and improvement because the quality right now is nowhere near acceptable.

Last night was my first bad experience at UA. I arrived at 10:20 p.m., and the restaurant was empty, even though they close at 11 p.m. I was told they were out of steak, chicken al pastor, brown rice, and other common items that customers typically order. However, I noticed that the line for DoorDash, Uber Eats, and online orders was fully stocked with these same items.
As someone in management, I believe that if a customer is willing to wait for fresh food to be prepared, they should be given that option. When I pointed out that the items were available on the other line, the employee was hesitant to get them for me.
Additionally, the lettuce on the line looked very old. I ended up paying $15 for my meal, but when I got home, the rice was extremely overcooked and hard, making it inedible. I could only eat the meat on top.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience and a waste of money. I will be contacting management to address this issue.Last night was my first bad experience at UA.
