  I have been coming to this chipotle for years. Since I was a child. The service and atmosphere has gotten worse and worse overtime. It’s HORRIBLE now. I ordered my food online to be picked up at 11:50 and didn’t get it till 12:18. Every time I come here I end up having to wait at least 30 minutes. The meat is almost always just fat that you can’t chew, and the rice is crunchy. You have to pay almost $3.00 extra for guacamole, but they don’t even give you a spoonful. The workers are all very rude and not accommodating at all. They will straight up ignore you when you are standing there. The drink area is disgustingly dirty and never stocked. If you need a fork that’s too bad because it won’t be out and you’ll stand for 5 minutes trying to ask for one while they ignore you. The drink area isn’t only disgusting it smells like feet and dirty socks. The floors are dirty the tables are dirty. I’ve been here when there was a huge spill on the floor and nobody cleaned it but just left it there. Everything about this place is terrible. I recommend you go to the one on university.

  This chipotle needs a manager bad. I walk in and the line is at the door and we are all just standing there 15 minutes go by and the line does not move but im watching them make online orders. Then the guy randomly says there is going to be a 20 minute wait on white rice. The whole time we had been standing there no one inside the store had been served so either they used all the white rice on online orders or there was a wait for white rice from the begining and they just diddnt tell anybody. If the line is not moving a manager needs to be announcing every 5 minutes what we are waiting for. Alot if us took brown rice just because we had been waiting so long.

  Can't go wrong with a burrito the size of a newborn baby! Always fresh, always tasty! Friendly-ish staff, the best you can ask for in a college town. 10/10 would recommend.

  This is a poorly ran location with long wait times. Waited 30 mins in line only to be told they were out of chips before completing my order. I canceled the order and left. Why not inform customers you’re out of an essential meal item upon entrance or display a sign before wasting their time?!

  I never write bad reviews because as somebody who’s worked in the food industry I get we have our off days… but I have never more disgusted by the customer service I barely received from this location tonight. This place was a complete mess and I’m not just talking about a dirty beverage area and dirty kitchen. I came to pick up a DoorDash, noticed it wasn’t on the shelf ready for pick up, so I patiently waited. No one acknowledged me or anybody else that was picking up an order. I decided to go through the line to buy a drink while I wait. The employee looked at me, rolled his eyes, huffed under his breath, and went on to the next people in line. This made me feel so uncomfortable that it felt wrong just being in the building at this point. I was waiting by the cashier stand for like 10 min before I moved back to the side to just wait on my order without ordering a drink. One of the employees came from the back and helped bring out the pick up orders. She finally acknowledged me and asked “are you waiting on something”? Finally got my order and it’s cold. I now remember why I don’t go to chipotle. If you hate your job that much, get a new job.
