  Terrible customer service and unprofessional staff at this McFarland location. This branch is consistently bad. The overall staff attitude is awful. There was another female employee standing right next to the register, chatting with someone, completely ignoring the customers as if no one was there. On top of that, my food was ready, but I had to wait nearly 10 minutes just for the cashier to come to the register while he was sitting in the back refusing to work. When I finally tried to pay in cash, he claimed he didn’t have any change just so he could keep the rest of the money. My bill was $32, and he effectively forced me to pay around $8 extra! Dishonest behavior, lazy staff, and terrible management. This branch is always like this, and I strongly advise avoiding it. This location needs a complete change in both staff and management. The cleanliness is also extremely poor and unacceptable. I honestly don’t know if the city department responsible for restaurant inspections has seen how bad the conditions are at this location. I also don’t understand how Chipotle allows a location to operate with this level of poor service, cleanliness, and management.

  The food is good, that’s about all that’s good. I swear every time I walk into this location there’s a huge line yet only one person making food, with everyone else standing around watching. Never heard of dividing up a task into parts. They’re often out of one of the meats, yet they still haven’t figured out how to deal with that situation even though this has been a problem for years. They just stop making orders for like 20 minutes, then they realize not every single person wants to eat chicken and let people come forward to order other mains. Also never order online from here, your order will weigh nothing. As I write this, like clockwork, they ran out of chicken. Three people stood around for ten minutes, then they finally got chicken and two of the three left to do some other mysterious task, leaving one person to make orders. And now one comes back, but nobody is at the register so it doesn’t even matter. And you’d think they’re pretty good at having one person do all the work since that’s what they always do, but they can’t even get that right. If there’s only one person working, what’s the point of making multiple orders at once? Just finish one at a time, so that way someone can actually get checked out when another employee comes over. Since you have to make the whole thing anyway it isn’t any more efficient.

  I’m having trouble with orders from this store via the app. They send small portions, leave out ingredients, and the food arrives ice-cold. Why don't the people preparing it just quit and go work doing something they actually like? It’s a huge pain!

  This place was terrible! All the workers were on their phones and not working 😒 and it took forever to get food. The food was good but the service was not!!
