When taking my order, she acted as if it was an inconvenience to assist me, which made the interaction uncomfortable and unwelcoming. As a customer, I expect a basic level of respect and professionalism, especially from someone in a management position. This experience did not reflect the level of customer service Chick-fil-A is known for. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed, so future customers do not have a similar experience.

It appears to be the favorite of university of Alabama students and is incredibly busy at times but handles the volume well. There is space to dine in and space to park despite the heavy drive through traffic. A nice bonus to this location is a nice walking park nearby.
