No matter which location I visit, the staff is friendly, efficient, and genuinely seems to care about the customer experience. In a world where good service is becoming harder to find, Chick-fil-A consistently sets the standard. The food is also consistently prepared, and I've never really had complaints about quality or accuracy. My only hesitation lately has less to do with Chick-fil-A specifically and more to do with our broader food system. As I've become more interested in ingredients and how food is produced, I've found myself wishing for simpler ingredient lists and less processing overall. I understand why large chains do what they do—consistency, shelf life, supply chains, and serving millions of customers isn't easy. But it has made Chick-fil-A feel more like a typical fast-food chicken restaurant than it once did to me. That said, if I'm rating the actual experience, the service is still second to none. The team members are always professional, the restaurant is usually well run, and they continue to deliver one of the best customer experiences in fast food.

My order was messed up I got a chicken burrito I asked for a spicy my order wasn’t repeated back to me. Went inside to get it fixed waited a few minutes got my burrito. I also asked for a creamy salsa because they never added my creamy salsa to the order so I asked and they tried to charge me. Usually chick fil a doesn’t charge unless you’re getting more than 3 packs of dressing I was asking for one for my burrito. The hash brown were soggy and I’m come here a lot and usually I have a great experience but this morning wasn’t a good morning there.

Decided to look at what's in the chicken these days Remember when people flipped over Chinese restaurants using msg(which is fine in moderation) Almost 50 ingredients in a chicken biscuit....MSG, TBHQ, Dimethylpolysiloxane (often used in silly putty and hair conditioner). These are considered "safe" in trace amounts ...I suggest anyone that cares look into those compounds Chicken Breast with Rib Meat, Refined Peanut Oil (with TBHQ and Citric Acid added to preserve freshness, and Dimethylpolysiloxane as an anti-foaming agent), Enriched Bleached Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Refined Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Sugar, Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, Nonfat Milk, Whole Egg Solids, Spices, Paprika, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate, Soybean Oil.
