Food is fantastic! Best spot in town! Some of the people working act like they hate the job and are rude but the vast majority of the workers are nice. Definitely one of my favorite places.

1st of all, I spent the extra $1.50 for the catfish plate instead of the 3 piece combo and a coworker of mine got the combo. They got 4 pieces just like me, but of course for the cheaper price. On top of that, I specifically asked for tartar sauce because I don't like my catfish any other way. They didn't give me any tartar sauce. So I paid an extra $1.50 and got the same amount of food as my co-worker who paid less, AND didn't even get any sauce. Food is good, but for almost $19, I should get PLENTY of tartar sauce.

Yup. This is heaven, or at least the closest you’ll get on earth. If you’re in Tuscaloosa, Alabama slide on over to Catfish Heaven on 21st street for some of the best fried catfish you’ll ever have. Great vibes and overall service, just your good ole family run business. Thank you.
