  The food is really good. While I’ve had good servers here, a vast majority of the time, the servers are not good. The last few times the server has been nice but other than that, bad at their job. They don’t check for refills often if at all. They take a while to get drink orders after being seated. Most annoyingly, after you are brought food, the servers don’t come back to make sure it’s right or ask if you need anything else. They however will check in on you multiple times after you finished and they can give you your bill (I wonder why lol). I may understand slow service if they were really busy but the times I’ve gone it’s been a slow day with less than half the tables filled. I honestly think management is a big part of the problem. They obviously don’t train their servers well. They also don’t walk around to ask how the service was. If it sounds like I’m comparing them to someone else, it’s because I am, and they should be too. Baumhowers is almost always a way faster, better service option. That’s why they are more popular here.

  i am not one to leave reviews BUT i work in the service industry and this whole interaction was just insane. my family came in wednesday night with a party of 11 after graduation - the restaurant was pretty empty but I do understand staffing and people being cut. we were the first party to check in. then a 15 came AFTER me and then another ten. the host proceeds to say she can only seat the 15 and looked at me and said it would be 30-45 minute wait. I told her we would not be staying and that i was there first. i could understand if my party had more people but it had LESS. just so rude and inconsiderate. my party was also ALL there and there's was not.

  This was at 3:30 on Saturday afternoon in the spring. Should be 1 star , they didn't want us to eat there . server was good. We were told there was a 45 min wait , the place was dead. I asked to sit at the bar and they said I couldn't even though only two people at the bar. Left and re-entered in the bar entrance sat at the bar and was quickly served food and drink. They turned many people away that wanted to dine at BWW this day.

  We had amazing service at the bar with Isaiah after having a rude server, Julie. We were told there was no wait for the bar area but it was never specified what the “bar area” consisted of. We sat at the booths in the middle thinking it was part of the bar area. We sat for about 10 minutes and someone walked by and put menus on the table and walked away. She then went to all the tables around us multiple times and never stopped by us. We then stopped her and asked for our server and she said “you sat yourselves so you’re going to sit and wait”. Very rude and unprofessional. We could’ve been told nicely that it wasn’t part of the bar area and we definitely would’ve understood. We then sat for another 30-40 minutes and she kept walking past us. We then decided to get up and go to the bar where we served by Isaiah and he was amazing. Very nice and tentative.
