  The area manager Vanessa is a liar and does not keep her word! I had permission to park at this location, my vehicle was towed. I spoke with this manager and she assured me I was getting my mo ey back, she was going to take it out of her employees check and i said absolutely not, I can wait until I come back to Tuscaloosa and the company pay me!! I spoke with her several times she said she would be here when I got here she was not, she said coming at 11pm would be ok thank goodness I came earlier because they lock the doors at 930!! It cost me everything i made that night to get my truck back (285$) she told the manager on duty to give me 100 thats all she can do!!! This is the worst arbys i have ever been too!! Corporate is being called every conversation has been recorded! She is going to be held responsible and i will be getting my lawyer involved at this point its not only about the money but about the principle!!

  Awful place. Dirty and stinky. super slow service. No napkins or sauces available, no attempts by staff to clean up or refill supplies. Quality of the food well below par, even for Arby's with their already low standards.

  Good beer selection. Had the shrimp po boy and it was ok. Everything I have had there is just ok.

  Good quality food at a decent price. Not able to keep up very well with a rush though. Good experience overall.
