!!!! Stop. Do not eat here !!!! I know not everything looks like it's pictures but please look at mine and tell me I'm wrong. I try to be fair when it comes to my reviews, so this is me trying not to completely destroy this place. How did Arby's go from being the place to hit up after college or grab a shake to this disgusting garbage that nobody should ever eat again? I ordered on my phone and spent almost $14 on this trash. Fourteen dollars. I pull up to the restaurant, if that's what you want to call it, and wait about five minutes behind the person in front of me. The lady asks me what the name on the order is. I tell her. She asks again. Then again. Then asks if there is a last name on the order. After repeating myself what felt like a dozen times, she finally found it. I did eat a few fries in the car, so they actually gave me more fries than what's shown in the picture. The burger, however, came exactly like that. It looked like they made it and then ran it through one of those machines that smashes everything. The meat was an awful looking grayish color, hopefully it was okay to eat. The Coke Zero tasted like poison. The only reason I even stopped here is because Arby's keeps blasting my email with "buy one, get one" deals. Funny enough, it was actually cheaper to get the Double Beef and Cheddar meal than use the buy one get one offer and add a fry and drink. What kind of deal is that? You know who doesn't have to constantly send coupons and buy-one-get-one offers? Chick-fil-A. They have lines wrapped around the building, they're closed every Sunday, and people still can't wait to eat there. Meanwhile, every time I drive by this Arby's, it looks like a ghost town. Maybe instead of sending out coupons every other day, spend some money fixing the food. Back in college, Arby's was actually good. Even some of the locations I visited in Florida were pretty decent. I stopped eating here years ago because the quality kept getting worse, and this visit reminded me exactly why. The food is terrible, the prices are ridiculous, and the service is consistently bad. At this point, I don't think Arby's needs help from its competitors. It's doing a great job putting itself out of business all on its own. Please do everyone a favor and either fix the food, fix the service, or close the doors. Stop destroying childhood memories one gray burger at a time. I don't care what stupid link the owner post. I'm not going to leave you another review to tell you what happened. READ!!!! IT'S RIGHT HERE. THE OH NO SORRY ABOUT YOUR VISIT IS WHY YOU'RE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS. YOU THINK I'M GOING TO ANOTHER LINK....NO I'M NOT!!!!
