  Paid for a large coffee. Had a lady come tell me they was out of large cups and could give me a free drink coupon at the window . I said that’s fine. Make to the window/ second lane , was told they was out of free drink cards. I said well I paid for a large coffee, she said I’m sorry . I asked for my money back she said she couldn’t , there wasn’t a manager on site per her !

  The shift lead at the Tuscaloosa skyland location on 7-11-26 Is rude and likes to give nasty look to there customers as we get drink from here everyday For the past two months she refused to let me order my regular order Would not acknowledge my recent orders for my drinks and said if we didn’t. Like it don’t come back they didn’t need our businesss she spazzed out and went full on Karen mode scared our kids everything
