  Just pulled into the drive-through lane closest to the building. I go to seven brews all over the state. Never do I pull all the way in there because people are walking back-and-forth and it would impede them from Doing their job. So I sat there just a little outside of the awning. This kid, just stood there and looked at me and looked and looked and looked some more. Another gentleman walks out and says has your order been taken? I said no. as he kept going to the car behind me not even getting my order but said she’ll get it. So I pull up a little bit and I said were you waiting for me to pull up? She said yeah I said well why wouldn’t you have said something instead of just stare at me. What a joke.

  Update: modified my original rating because 7Brew responded to my review and made amends. Thank you for addressing my complaint. Will take your money and then tell you all of the flavors they're out of. Just left and they handed me four separated chillers and said "oh, the machine is broken. We blended them by hand."

  I’m beyond disappointed! I was the second car in line. Nobody moved to come and take my order. Another car drove up and someone got up to take their order. Then several cars drove up in both lanes and the staff got up to service all the other cars behind me, still no one came to my car until I said is someone going to serve me. The person who was handing out the drinks decided to sit and have a 5 minute conversation with the car in front of me. Totally unacceptable. Im not sure if I’ll ever patronize this place again. Reminded me of the reason I stopped going on the first place.
