  I think this restaurant could be ok...but...this is the second time we ordered on line with wrong outcome. Recently 5/13/26 time 9:45pm. We ordered on line...my son picked up and asked if everything was in the bags - the answer was yes. Got home and a full order was missing...my wife called and I returned to pick up missing items...8 mile round trip...when I arrived the music was extremely loud...I explained who I was with no acknowledgement...he went back to the kitchen and returned minutes later...he put the bag of food down and grunted something...I asked if this was mine, he turned around and nodded with his head up and down. Here is my take away - Bad attitude!!!...not having a care for customer service attitude!!!...dirty surroundings!!! A recipe for not being a clean and trusting food. I hate leaving this review...but...owners...do something!!!...OWN IT OR GO HOME...the last wing restaurant fell into these same conditions and they went home. What are you going to do.

  I had to wait 45 minutes for an online order the costumer service was terrible and the food was not good enough to endure that never coming back

  Sticks was great. Came in during a pretty bad storm, but still had quick and super friendly service. Once again shout out to Sticks at the register.

  I stopped by yesterday around 4:30 to place an order. I tried to call in my order but no one answered so I decided to go in and place my order. When I got there I quickly realized why no one was answering the phone. There was only one employee working and he had a lobby full of customers and a lot of online orders. I want to commend him for handling the situation professionally and courteously. He apologized to everyone for the wait and said he was the only one there and he would try to get our orders out as fast as possible. Instead of the customers being upset everyone talked about how courteous and professional he was. As a restaurant owner I understand how things can throw the whole day off when employees don't show up. But I applaud this young man for not only showing up but doing so with a great attitude.
