    Called over the phone for a togo order yesterday and all I could hear is a bunch of young adults playing and being unprofessional. They didn’t even provide me an “ok”, “see you when you get here”, or anything after my order, they just put the phone down. Then when I opened my food this is what it looked like.

    Curbside service The food/smoothies are usually good. The service(last 2 visits)is hit or miss particularly with curbside service. I usually place my orders 10-15 minutes prior to arrival. When I arrived, the place didn't appear crowded. I could see the staff( talking and laughing). I expected it would be brought out fairly quickly. It wasn't. I waited over 10 minutes for my order. Finally I went inside to get it. And of course it was ready( sitting on tbe counter). My quesidilla was cold and my smoothie watery. As I said to the staff(appeared to be teenagers,they have to do better. I watched as customers came and left. This location is close to my home and I come there often. Usually service is on point. Not on this nor my previous visit. Very dissappointed.

    Did a curbside pick up. Clicked in the app when I was on my way as well as when I arrived. I arrived before my order was ready and waited, and waited, and waited. I had to call to see if they were going to bring out my curbside order. I saw them in there playing, hugging, and laughing. Like I get it, but do your job. Now my food is cold and my watermelon mojito is watered down. It also doesn’t have much flavor. I am a frequent customer but they have been off lately. I don’t even want to deal with going in to address it. Just please do better. Might I add, there were NOT any other customers in there so they were not busy.

    One of the worst places in Trussville to do a Door Dash out of. They have a huge wall for DD and Uber Eats that they don’t use. They don’t seem to have a system in place at all. You have to get in line with the customers and wait cuz they always have it behind the counter. Makes no sense. They aren’t rude, but they also are not friendly or helpful.
