We waisted 45 minutes waiting for just a small double cheeseburger and a chili cheese tot while it was not busy at all.
After waiting 25 minutes we asked for an update, and was told it wasn’t ready. We asked again after 45 minutes and they said the system lost the order so they’ll start on it now.
A complete waste of time and unprofessional service.

Horrible experience food was discussing cold took forever to receive food then customer service is a joke I called and went online to file complaint it’s all a scam no one ever responds will not eat at this establishment again I advised people to not eat at sonic it’s a failing company

I just ordered 2 of the largest Iced Coffees for me and my roommate because I love them (from the Homewood location where I always go) so I decided to come get one for me and my roommate before work because I was telling her how good they were. I took the first sip after I got it, and it was 90% water. Discusting. The second one came out, and I asked the carhop if the 2nd one was going to taste like the first one and she said they are pre-made. I asked then why does this taste like 90% water and they do not taste like this as all at the Homewood location. She just said she didn't know. I asked for a refund on both the drinks and will not be going back to this location. $6 for a cup of water with a hint of coffee. That is wild, and mind you I always get it with no ice, so the water part makes no sense. The carhop just seemed annoyed that I even asked for a refund and was super rude.

May 21, 2026, stall #18, 10473 Hanna, 9:26 AM. Spent $9.12. Sonic's food is TRASH and low quality! I asked for my burrito to be grilled; they stated, "We don't do that." They gave me cold, old tots, a rubber-textured burrito, no salsa for the burrito, and no napkins. Long wait when no one was there—I literally was the only one there. Their corporate customer service is trash; they never replace your order when it's bad. I am DONE with them for GOOD! OVERPRICED GARBAGE!
