  really good for a Saturday morning breakfast service was fast and friendly food was good and place was clean, no complaints here

  This location is slow, always, and customer service might as well be handled by robots. I've been here a handful of times, and no one at the windows says a word outside of your total. They silently hand you your card and receipt at the first window and silently hand your food to you at the second window. No "thank you," "have a nice day," or even "can I get you some ketchup or napkins?" These kids stare at you with the social interaction skills of a log. Teach them how to serve their customers, smile, say something generous and welcoming. Otherwise, install a robotic arm to hand the food or leave it on the window for me to take because I'm tired of getting blank stares and just general rudeness.

  Why do they always take the orders just to have all of us waiting in line. Please make it make sense.

  They have roughly 8-12 cars at any given time waiting on food they ordered. They always make you wait 20 minutes in your car. They (Always) Bring you the wrong order then you have to go in anyways, wait another 5-8 minutes for your order. Why?!?!? Or you watch them give your order to a friend or someone else. Then you get to wait all over again. Absolute trash, they hired the horrible employees from Wendys... Never AGAIN!
