  Absolutely awful and down right disrespectful service out of two employees this morning at 5:30. They refused to serve me after I pulled in, waited my turn in line and refused to give me their names. So, they have a two lane service and apparently the lane I was in was closed, but their was no signage and they told me their was a cone blocking that lane (which I didn't notice it's still dark and it's 530 in the morning). The Red curly haired girl's first interaction with me wasn't Good morning how are you doing can I help you.. ..No it was straight to in a very condescending tone was, how did you get in this lane? My response was what do you mean. Her response was this lane is closed you cant use this lane. My response was well can I get some service. Her response was have a nice day proceeds to walk off and ignores me. I then had to get out of my car to go knock on their door. A shorter guy with glasses and brown medium long hair came to the door and ask me what the problem was in a disrespectful tone. I, then said I just need service and he treated me with the same attitude and disrespect , as the first girl did. After all that I left because they wouldn't serve me and I didn't raise my voice or cuss at them. They have those moblie tables that they take orders on so, its not like they couldnt just take my order and send me on my way in like 3 mins. Now they've lost a long time customer and needless to say this is the worst customer service I've experienced in over a decade. I won't to coming back to 7-brew again.

  I went through the drive-thru this morning, and the person taking orders spent about five minutes talking to the customer in front of me before returning to take my order. Then, after that customer reached the pickup window, they spent another five minutes talking with the employee who brought out their drink. At that point, I asked for a refund because the delay was excessive. The employee who had taken my order told me, “You can just go.” I specifically asked if my refund had been processed, and he said it had. Before leaving, I decided to verify this with the shift lead, who informed me that my refund had not been processed. I’m disappointed by both the poor service and the misinformation about my refund. This location is very convenient for me, and I’d like to continue coming here, but experiences like this make that difficult. I hope management addresses both the customer service issues and the importance of accurately handling refunds.

  Love this place! Much better, bigger sizes & less $ than Starbucks! Highly recommend my fave: blackberry cobbler lemonade, 😋

  Great energy and the staff works quick. The easiest way to order is to look at their menu before you arrive. Bikini bottom energy is my favorite. Make sure you sign up for the program after so many drinks you get one free any size

  The service here is awful I think I was Ignored while in line waiting to be served I watched a young lady goes to three different cars and skip my car with my kids inside then look surprised as I drove off I don’t know if this was some type of racism, but I will not never recommend this place
