We love seven brew but the joke in our house has been only go if mitch or George is there. This is no joke anymore went today and the attitude I got from a lady working was crazy I really try to be pleasant to everyone and I have no idea what I did to this lady but she acted as though I was problem for existing. Coffee was undrinkable but since the lady was already annoyed I just threw it away, went home and made some at the house. This location has some awesome people and 9/10 times the coffee is great. We will definitley be back but I again I just wanna give a shout out to George and Mitch never have I had a bad drink or experience when they are working.

The staff is always super friendly and we rarely have an issue with our drinks. And if we do they are always more than willing to fix whatever it is whether it’s not sweet enough or not quite what we expected and want something else. I recommend this place to everyone I know. We have been to this location many many times and the staff are always willing to chat about the drinks or whatever, answer any questions we have and only a couple times have we asked for them to remake a drink because of my dairy intolerance or because the flavor wasn’t quite right. There are so many options and you can truly find something for everyone. My personal favorites are the house brew coffee, the chai, the smooth 7 and the cookie butter latte. I always get oat milk due to a dairy issue and I just found out they are even adding a protein option to the menu soon. Truly they have a way to make everyone happy!

Go here all the time and tonight wait in line for about 10 minutes while the young girl was hanging in the window of a car at the front of the line. Just thought she still getting there order. She finished and went inside and then came back out and went to hang in there window again till the drinks came out. And then started to get the order of the car in front of me after the first car had finally left. I don’t understand why we are not going down the line taking orders and instead hanging in car windows flirting. Like I said I come if not once everyday or every other and have never seen this employee and never have had this experience. Not sure if they need to be told not to do that and take orders and to just be friendly.

Waited in line for over an hour just to have our drinks messed up and taste like water. Service is great but unfortunately this is a constant issue and it’s not worth the wasted 16$ when it’s busy and the drinks get made wrong.
