  Got door dash, they packaged it HORRIBLE everything was falling out and not from being a packed sandwich. They barely put anything on my sandwich and a bunch of condiments. The bread was smooshed, it seemed like someone pushed there hand down on it and squished the whole sandwich hard.

  Got a sub meal today at about 8pm (on a Sunday). The young lady at the front was so kind and helpful. The store was CLEAN and my food was great.

  At all cost, even though they dont accept coupons, DRIVE TO ANOTHER SUBWAY! Twice we have online ordered ahead and once the order wasn't ready after specified time as well as wrong, and once ready but completely wrong. It's subway, you got 1 job, make a sandwich.

  Service was TERRIBLE! I asked for a steak and cheese sandwich and she told me if I didn’t get the sandwich toasted then my meat would be “cold” which is a lie because they always heat up the meat before even putting it on the sandwich, then they made the sandwich extremely sloppy. After we paid for it I went to go eat it and the meat was still cold so I took it to the counter and explained the worker the situation and she got an attitude with me and very rudely said “huh, so you want a new sandwich or what” and the other worker said no for her to put it in the MICROWAVE, VEGETABLES AND ALL! When the sandwich was in there she asked me to get it out of there. I was patiently waiting and she says “Ma’am you can get your sandwich out the microwave”. The microwave is behind the counter BTW. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN.

  The employees are great. However numerous bad experiences with drink machine being down/empty, rotten vegetables, online orders getting forgotten and not refunded, constant employee rotation in and out shows how poorly the franchise owner manages his business. Convenience of location is the only reason I go there and now I flat out refuse to give it any more of my business. Not when publix is down the road and excels with food safety I can trust at pretty much the same price.
