- LHLinda HammSep 26, 20265.0I love Jack's they have the best Shake of all the other fast food
- EDEric DSep 25, 20265.0The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was clean and cozy. And the prices are the best deal in town for large family. If we drive through Troy again, we will definitely stop here.
- AWAllen WoodhamSep 21, 20262.0Ordered a double cheese plain. When I got it, the bun was hard and the burger was not plain. So i had to wait an additional 7 minutes to get my burger. Also they were out of sweet tea.
- DGDavid GilesSep 14, 20265.0Nice people 😁 didn't take long for it to be lunch time
- EBEndia BrownAug 27, 20265.0The manager Jerica Wheeler was very polite and respectful. She got my food out in an exceptional great amount of time less than two minutes the quickest service I’ve had in a long time. The restaurant was clean as well which is a plus. Overall an amazing experience for me.
