  It makes no sense for a coffee shop to not have napkins. The young barista spilled coffee on the back of my hand while handing me my drink, but when I asked for a napkin, she just looked annoyed and said they didn't have any. No apology, nothing. I completely regret leaving a tip here. Terrible customer service."

  Service at this location is severely lacking. Waited entirely too long for our order to be taken and received. We only ordered two drinks aand we watched as other customers who ordered well after us receive their drinks before us. We actually had to ask how much longer it would take for our drinks to be ready. Unacceptable wait time for two ice coffees that didn't require crazy details.

  Getting to this location is not the easiest. The light cycle at the main road was bothersome, I mean that's not exactly their problem, but it does hurt the in and out mindset behind a coffee joint. The service here was not what I am use to from 7B... Other locations are better. The product was good, no issues their, but getting to and through the line and back out to the main road on our trip was not what it should be.

  I have been here about 5 times hoping for something different. That has not happened. Wait was long. It doesn’t improve. This last visit has solidified that for me. Ordered two milkshakes and they came out like milk and the young lady proceeds to hand me a cup with liquid running all down the sides. I ask for a paper towel to wipe the sides off like she didn’t see it. She takes it back and proceeds to try and wipe it off. Hands it back with it half wiped off. Last time for me.
