- TBTamika Burrell5 days ago1.0I only gave 1 star because I ordered an alfredo pasta with breadsticks and the taste wasn't there and the portion size of the pasta and cup of marinara is much smaller than it used to be at the same price. I ordered a personal pan pizza and it was very small (hardly big enough for a child portion). I don't think I'll be ordering anything from Pizza Hut again. Pizza Hut please do better.
- S9Shebadd 91Sep 19, 20263.0I ordered pizza last night for my kids. Wanted a treat since it was Friday night. I always watch the pizza tracker, so I can be looking out, but my order said it was out for delivery over an hour! I contacted them, they tell me I can have a credit or wait 45 more minutes & they will make another. My kids were waiting on pizza, so I told them please send my order. No apology, no explanation, & she was rude. My order finally arrived a hour & a half later & the driver tells me my pizza fell. Idk why they couldnt tell me otp. 1 pizza was perfect & the other was the complete opposite! It didn’t even look done! It’s still in my fridge. I wanted to eliminate stress of dinner & that added way more!
- TTTheChromeVikingSep 17, 20261.0Worst experience I have ever had at a pizza restaurant. I ordered $230.00 worth of pizzas, different styles and toppings, for an event at work. I pick them up and carry them back to my offices just to find that the majority of them do not even have pizza sauce on them. So essentially, I paid for some really expensive cheesy bread. I carried several pieces back to this location to show the manager and she immediately said they can't remake them because they are out of dough. At 1:00 in the afternoon, they are already out of dough. Now I'm stuck with 230.00 worth of dog food!
- CMChristina MilburnSep 15, 20261.0You’ve got people who don’t answer the phone. Then people who answer and hang up. Then those who answer and put you on hold without a word. Then the manager with no teeth says it’s because she’s prepping 30 pizzas at 3:30. So I guess that excuses the lack of manners.
