  For the last 2 weeks this Pizza Hut is horrible you call them up they put you on hold , I drove there ,,, I can drive 45 minutes there and there's still got me on hold this is ridiculous I will not go back to this Pizza Hut ever again poor management ! They could at least take your , if they answer the phone !

  So get this, I go into the store and place an order for a small sausage pizza. I’m told it will take 15 minutes. I come back 15 minutes later to grab the pizza and am told it’ll be 4 more minutes by the manager. I then sit there for 20 more minutes. I was originally rang up at 5:57 and at 6:18 was told it’ll would be four more minutes. Mind you I was sitting in the lobby for 5-10 minutes before the manager said it would four more minutes. No one spoke to me again, I approached the counter at 6:30 and asked about the pizza. The person who helped me immediately turns around and grabbed a pizza from the hot box and tries to hand it to me, it was a personal pan pizza, not a small pizza. Ironically I had seen that box sitting in the hot box when I came back in to grab the pizza after the first initial 15 minutes. Clearly the pizza had been ready for some time and they simply didn’t give it to me. So not only did I wait over twice as long as I was told, my pizza was incorrect. After seeing that I requested a refund and it took 3 different people looking at the screen before I was given my money back. The manager never asked me why I wanted the refund or apologized for the situation. Additionally, on the carry out screen it said my order was ready way before I ever got the order. It seems like they are clicking the ready button just so their times look good to management. Finally, after waiting there for over 30 minutes and seeing them interact with other customers it is clear that they simply don’t value customer service or their satisfaction. I saw at least two other customers be told their food wasn’t ready even though the carry out screen said otherwise. Do not go here if you value your time and money, there’s a little caesers right down the road with better food and service.

  Busy ,but very fast and hard workers. The gym is very nice and will make sure u do not wait for the order .. she is friendly and always positive.no matter how busy they r.(Alicia ) Is ausome ty .
