  Can never get order right then they get pissed when you tell them worst Mc Donald 's in the US and they don't care I've been from east coast to west

  McDonald's is predictable.You know what you're gonna get, you know it's gonna be a long line through the drive through. You just have to put up with it. Fortunately, they got the order right and everything was in the bag.

  This location is the ABSOLUTE worst. Takes forever to get food. When you do get it, it is wrong. There are no employees in site and if you need to ask a question they are rude.

  I gave this place about 5 chances before I just completely gave up on it. It’s a shame to have a brand new establishment but have absolutely terrible service. I’ve had to wait an unacceptable amount of time to receive my food just for it to be wrong almost every single time. The old establishment wasn’t great but it was 3 times better than this one. I don’t like to publicly shame workers because times are hard and people need work, but the customer service and professionalism is essentially non-existent here.

  If I could leave zero stars I would! My daughter ordered 2 mocha frappes. 2 blue freeze drinks show up at our door. She orders AGAIN! 2 mocha frappes! 2 mixed flavors freezes show up at our door! The receipt clearly shows 2 mocha frappes on both bags! But no mocha frappes! This is not a door dash problem, this is a McDonald’s problem! We spend OUR money and only expect what we are paying for! This is a repeated issue!
