  I just came through to pick up an online order for a big family pack of chicken and not only did they forget the 5 biscuits with it when i went back in to get them i was questioned if i even looked and was told it was because we ordered too much food. Who i assume was the manager on duty was blunt rude and unprofessional as were here coworkers. They also gave me an Unsweet sweet tea.

  We went trough the drivethrough at 10:50 am on Sunday. We asked if they were serving lunch and yes they were.We ordered two Big Jack Combos. I order mine without mayo which sounds like no big deal but it is. Most restaurants just can't handle the request but Jacks can pull it off 100% of the time. The burger was nicely seasoned and properly cooked. The lettuce tomatoes and onions were all very fresh. Overall the burger was delicious. The fries were also good. A year ago we had problems with this location but currently it is up to par. Yes we will be returning.

  Out of CO2 so no sodas and drive thru was very RUDE and rushed me the whole order even though I said I needed a few seconds to look at the menu. WILL NOT go back here

  Mrs . Mary was the kindest staff I’ve ever met . Not only was she pleasant during my entire stay in the drive thru . She gave me band aids and antiseptic for my cut finger that she saw me struggling with . To good kind Blue fabric band aids ! Kindness you don’t see these days ! Love the food too ! Always cooked to perfection!

  Food is horrible. Tea taste old, they wait late to change it. Also the bread was hard as a brick, they do not make food fresh unless you literally come in and watch them make it. Old grease they fry chicken in. If you are a cook you can tell when chicken is fried in old grease it's darker in color. Also drinking cups are nasty with stains. Attitudes galore as well. Very bad restaurant. Honestly they should just close.
