  This place is trash 2days in a row and my food mess up don't nobody got money to waste on food and you can't eat it Manger there today is trash and needs to be fired you place ur order and they give you what they want you to have like they paying for it

  The person i went with had ordered us food and got me mozzarella sticks, the person taking the order asked if we wanted marinara sauce and we had said yes. We got our order about 10 minutes later and went through the bag, we got the mozzarella sticks just not the marinara. Its a good place to eat out and enjoy a quick meal, its just they forget somethings, which is okay.

  Came to this sonic and extremely disappointed. Pressed the button to order 3 times and waited for over 10 min and no one ever acknowledged us. Will not be returning.

  I ordered me and my kids some food online after being at the creek all day. After getting home and bathing my kids and getting them fed & to bed i finally was able to sit down and eat my food. I ordered the bacon cheese burger and it had no bacon on it. I ordered a cherry limeade and it was just sprite. no cherry or limeade. as a pregnant and emotional mom who just wanted to have one meal in peace i was literally so upset. called to see if i could get a refund and the “manager” was rude and wouldn’t issue a refund since my children were already asleep and i couldn’t take it back up there. i go here pretty regularly and today was just a horrible experience all together. needless to say i wont be back. as someone who works in a restaurant, what happened to the customer is always right? we would never treat our customers how this sonic done me.
