  I placed an online order for delivery at 8:36pm it said on my tracker that my order was being prepared and it gave the person's name who was preparing it. 15 minutes later I get a message saying my order was canceled. I called the store and the druver answered the phone. She didn't know why my order was canceled so she got a manager. He said that he canceled it because I put the wrong phone number on my order. I told him that I placed the order online from my app. I checked while he was on the phone my number was right and so was the address. I would have picked up my order but I refuse to give my business to rude managers who tell lies. The talladega location needs to be shut down or placed under new management ASAP

  Yesterday I made a delivery order at 7:03.. Food didn't arrive until 9:15. Upon calling the location I was on hold 2 hours. Then my time changed and I was hung up on. When food finally arrived I checked and just paid attention to the temp. When I sat down to really eat the food the order was incorrect and the sandwich veggies weren't thoroughly cooked. I know I spoke with other location and was informed general manager was out of town, but this was beyond a horrible first experience. Then to get an email offering a free pizza is absurd. Who's waiting over 2 hours again for the wrong food.
