    Ehhh first time visiting. Lady on drive thru speaker was amazing!! Drive thru cashier not so much was told to pull up order would be ready in about 5 minutes. Waited almost 20. Fries were super salty, catfish was overcooked, and biscuit was doughy in the middle. I will be back to try again.

    4.5 ⭐️ Let’s just get this out of the way… absolutely no seasoning on the fries. Chicken was a little dry, might have been sittings for a bit. Mashed potatoes were hot, fresh and excellent. Bacon double cheeseburger was delicious, generous amounts of bacon. Place was clean and the employees were super friendly.

    The Best Food . I usually don’t eat out . But I tried the Chicken sandwich and it was better than Popeyes chicken sandwich and it was better than any other chicken sandwich I’ve ever eaten

    I had been moving all day and although I hate pulling up to a place when they are about to close, because it was very late, they did nothing but treat me with kindness. The food was phenomenal and the service was too. If I could give 10,000 stars I would. They made my day! Thank you guys so much for preparing my delicious order, even though you all were ready to go home after working all day and for the kindness you showed.

    The mid aged female cashier on 9.12.26 around 5:15pm you really should work on your facial expressions. I asked a simple question about your menu items. Your response was very rude and unnecessary. You do have customers have dietary restrictions or food allergies. Because of the rudeness we left without making a purchase. I hope for the owners of this Jacks you don’t run more paying customers off. We will not be back.
