Where to begin. We pull up to the McDonalds and see what appears to be restocking/reorganizing, blocking a drive thru lane. We then walk into the McDonalds are are greeted with a massive puddle of water on the floor and trash scattered everywhere. My wife goes into the bathroom, to which there is a female employee vomiting in there. All of these should have been our signs, but alas we did not catch on. We proceed to a kiosk to order, since there is nobody at the front counter. Another male customer walks in behind me, to which I allow him the kiosk, since one of the two kiosks say it is out of order, and I can order on my phone. I order the typical meal for a family of 4 passing through. 2 McDoubles, 2 mcchickens, 10 nuggets, a fry and a snack wrap. Order is placed at approximately 1819 hours per my receipt. Upon waiting, and waiting, and waiting some more. Food is finally served at 1842 hours. The McDonalds is McDonalds. I extend my condolences to the McDonalds employees (2 of them) who were actually working. 1 male was working the kitchen and handing food inside. 1 female was working the kitchen and handing food at drive thru. Good job to these two. The 2 male employees who were sitting outside, vaping, allegedly restocking, I feel could have been slightly more attentive to everything, especially since I watched one of them slip on the big puddle of water (he did not fall). To the female vomiting in the bathroom, Im sorry you dont feel good. Please go home. To McDonalds, please man your stores to where people are not waiting 30 minutes for their fast food that should have taken 10 minutes at most. To McDonalds, PUT MOBILE ORDER CANCELLING ON THE APP. There was nobody to work the front counter to cancel my order, so I was held as prisoner until my food arrived. This is all.
