  Came for ice cream with the kids. The milkshakes were like thick milk but melted ice cream. The master shakes were even more liquid. They had the window open and were all arguing inside. We said something about the shakes and we were really nice and the drive through girl was extremely rude. She died the issue and we told her thank you so much you did great she slammed the window and locked it. The staff needs proper training on how to work together and fixing issues.

  The mobile pick-up stalls don't work properly (as of April 26). You have to check-in with 21 or 22 (the patio board numbers). Our order accuracy was good—but they forgot the dipping sauces for the mozerella sticks & cheddar peppers. My Dirty coke was way too heavy on the coconut and too light on the lime. Appreciate how quickly the order was ready though, polite staff.

  Horrible service from both the manager and general manager. i sat in the drive thru and watched the employees work harder and nicer than the managers. the managers proceeded to give me attitude and be very rude to me. will not be coming here again.
