  Michelle at Pizza Hut deserves recognition for the incredible job she does. She always bends over backwards to make sure our orders are ready on time, but today I watched her go truly above and beyond. A DoorDash driver was treating her with complete disrespect and speaking to her in a way no person should ever have to tolerate. Despite that, Michelle handled the situation with unbelievable grace, patience, and professionalism. She never lost her composure and continued doing her job with kindness and character. Workers should not have to put up with that kind of harassment, and no one deserves the treatment that driver gave Michelle. Pizza Hut is lucky to have someone like her representing their business. Give this woman a raise — she absolutely earned it.

  Update: 5/08/26 Received several orders today. The SF Police Department was contacted. Lady employee was very aggressive slammed the pizza order down on the counter & I was told that I am not able to wait on a second order that was confirmed on my phone for a DoorDash order. She was rude & belligerent in front of other DoorDashers and regular customers. She did not want to give me the order & it’s on camera of her aggressive snatching the order back before slamming it on the counter. I asked for the managers number & corporate. I called the phone was hung up in my face after hearing the worker say “she does not care.” Lady workers are RUDE! They lie and give DoorDash orders to the workers ONLY. They feel as if the Pizza Hut workers should be the only ones receiving delivery orders. They hold the orders for the employee (drivers) only. They lie & tell you the orders are 15-20 mins out and are just getting put in the oven. Attitudes are HORRIBLE & AGGRESSIVE.

  I’m contacting cooperate every time I go in SPANISH FORT PIZZA HUT I have a bad experience the managers are very rude they always saying you gots to wait a hour or longer I recommend no one to go to there I’ll rather go to the one in Daphne they’re very respectful and give you your food on time
