  Subs were made quickly and food was fresh. Unfortunately. **Both Restrooms are out of order 6/30/26 just a little after 5pm. Also the tea was not fresh and the young lady worker recommended I go to "get a tea from Zaxby's" because "they have the best tea"..I've worked at Jimmy John's and know the tea is delicious!!! And the customer service is outstanding...This tea was not fresh. I didn't persist my complaint after being recommended going to a different store. But all in all the subs we ordered were really good! The workers were kind of sweet.. .but Definitely Lazy. Also I my husband recieved his food in a bag and mine was just handed to me. I walked out holding a wrapped pickle, sub, drink and chips NO BAG.... Also my husband is a different race than me(he's Caucasian) .I am not, not sure if that has anything that do with our service.

  The building was clean and looked spotless. Cody and Presley took care of me and went above and beyond to make sure i had a great experience. Super friendly!

  How do you not have French bread to make a sandwich with? SMH They were completely out of bread…

  I been sick to my stomach all night, I got dark lettuce, old onions and I even gave them a tip thinking I get a fresh sandwich like you guys advertise, it’s a shame they have such poor quality. They could really hurt someone. Just have sense to not add veggies if they look gross to you, or shop more. The JJ back in Texas should give them a course in how to set some standards. I hardly ever take the time for a bad review and of course all we get is an automated response apology. I hope someone reads this and address it.
