    Arrived after 9 in the drive thru. After my Daughter's ball tournament. Two ladies taking orders were super nice. All food was correct and fresh. Customer Care at the best!!

    The manager on duty right now 10:42am on 7/4/26 - so rude. I've NEVER had a bad experience at any location. I will NEVER return to this location. I just wanted to make a suggestion that they tell right ppl about a glitch in the app. He wouldn't let me get 3 words out before saying "We have nothing to do with the app and we can't do anything about it". I said "I understand that, but maybe you could tell the ppl above you that can do something" he replied "they aren't going to listen us you should really contact them yourself". Well that's not my job as the customer - it's your job as the manager on duty to take my statements up the ladder. I'm not going to do your job for you.

    As a youth ministry leader I always feel a tinge of guilt when we pull up to a restaurant and unload a busload of teenagers. On our way to a youth conference at the beach, we stopped here for lunch with our group. Not only that, but we walked in and saw 4 other groups headed to the same conference. In the midst of that, these employees seemed undeterred, taking our orders and serving food extremely quickly, and all with a smile! They even came by to offer refills. In and out in 45 minutes during the lunch hour with a group of 40!

    I’m guessing I can’t message corporate about a horrible experience I had at this location yesterday Wednesday May 27,2026 I drove through the drive through around 12:30pm around busy lunch time hour. I had a vehicle that was blocking the 2 way drive through ( me I’m patiently waiting to keep pulling up till my turn was next)!When all of a sudden I hear a lady behind me in a white Lexus honking at me for no reason causing a scene. I’m guessing she wanted me to hit the car in front of me anyways here comes a tall lady manager I think she had blonde or brown hair screaming across the drive through demanding me to move forward, unfortunately I was not able to move ,because the car in front of me was blocking the other lane. She yelled and screamed in front of the whole drive through lane. I am assuming this lady is the manager or something,but the way she was handling things at the moment was extremely unprofessional. She denied my order, she said an angry, aggressive, rude matter that she was not going to take my order and for me to go eat somewhere else because apparently I was not moving forward. I felt like this was wrong, because I did not do anything wrong I pulled in the drive through just like any normal day with the kids,because they were wanting chik fil a. I come here everyday for lunch and I have never encountered this type of behavior before.
