The young lady with curly hair and a high ponytail was so kind and polite and patient I was pleased with her customer service the receipt says Jamie is her name. I just want to make sure she gets recognized because she has outstanding customer service !

I went to get 4 comeback sauces with my order and they told me I could only get 2 sauces per order. I asked if they could charge me for them and they said no. I ordered 2 chicken finger dinners to enjoy with Comeback sauce. That’s the only reason I even keep going back to jacks is because of how good the sauce is. Ive never seen a jacks so stingy with their sauces. If it is causing any money problems for the store then I suggest to start charging for sauces. It’s crazy they expect you to eat a 3 piece dinner with 1 sauce. This isn’t giving all about the south at all.

Went to the jacks in Somerville, Alabama today. It was so hot in their restaurant. I will never go back in there and eat again. I ended up throwing half my burger away because it was so hot. I couldn't eat it a drink, 2 full glasses of Cocoa. Trying to cool off the inside of the store was probably 89° or 90°. The outside was 94, so there's not much difference from inside to outside, I should have just eat out in my truck. Fix your air conditioner, please. I'm sure the people that's working in there is about to die in that kitchen because if it's that hot out in the lobby, I can imagine how hot it is inside the back. Of the kitchen.
