I get to the window she is very rude by snatching my card out my hand. I ask to speak to the manager and she said in a rude tone, “ I’m the manager” and she was wearing a black shirt. She is blonde with glasses and looks like she is an elementary school student. Please be considerate of who u hire. This Jacks will never have my business again. I’ll drive out my way to Oneonta to get Jacks next time

After an hour?? Come on. Ridiculous. If im waiting that long at least put a bench up front to sit on like captain Ds has. And for gods sake turn on the air conditioning.
