  Today I visited the Smiths Station, AL location. I was greeted by the friendly Miss Theresa. At the time they didn’t have any wings. LC the cook chimed in with smile, saying 2 minutes, just give me 2 minutes! Miss Theresa said she could substitute a breast for the wing. I replied that it didn’t matter. LC once again said just give me 2 minutes. In a minute LC and Miss Theresa pulled 3 pieces of steaming hot fried chicken out of the fryer for me. There are places where you and people wait on because they must, then there are places where people are genuinely glad you are there!! Thanks to all of the staff at the Smiths Station location, they all were smiling and offering up the best service, food and shakes!!😁😁😁

  I come very often! The lemonade shake is my favorite. Everyone is so friendly! I dealt with Amber on this visit, she was awesome!!

  Waited 20 minutes for dry chicken and hard ass biscuits.listen to how hard the biscuit is. Honest question, can people in the back where the food is cooked, not assist with the front counter? The young lady working the counter was moving as fast as she could, while a young man in the back was leaning up against a counter looking confused.

  My first visit to Jack’s was great, but yesterday around 6 PM was very disappointing. The lady on duty answered my menu questions in a sarcastic and unfriendly tone. I ordered the 10-piece chicken box, and the chicken was extremely hard, dry, and tasted refried or old. After a long day of military work, I was really looking forward to a good meal. Very disappointing experience.
