- JMJleigh Mazingo-Hall6 days ago1.0Terrible customer service. Very unfriendly staff. Pizza will say ready, and no one will assist you. Also, they don’t wear gloves??
- ALAndy LeiSep 25, 20261.0The blonde headed old lady that works there is extremely rude and disrespectful. I came in there and asked a simple question and she became instantly hostile and disrespectful. Clearly she needs to have classes on etiquette and customer service
- ALAmanda LadnerJul 13, 20263.0Food is excellent but the customer service is frosty. When I walked in this evening to pickup my online order, I did not receive a greeting. I waited for 4 minutes before any of the 5 employees I saw greeted me, 3 of them looked at me. One of them, a black male even came around to the front to place stickers on boxes and never acknowledged me. The rudest atmosphere I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing there. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere now.
- JMJessica MaplesJun 19, 20262.0I’ve supported this place for years. To no avail. If I knew someone within the establishment I’d handle it there. Alas. They let my papa dough expire now. New to me. They have been outsourcing to DoorDash andmy last delivery was strange and around 1.5 hours late that was never reported back to papa John’s I’m sure. Also, the free cheese pizza for a late delivery? Seems like a ploy to earn more money. Obv I want more than just cheese on that thang. I’m done doin business with this place.
- THThe HulksterMay 21, 20265.0Atmosphere is as far as interaction with employees very very friendly.. service wise was my order was 100% correct Good value almost to the point of great value for the size of the pizza and the cost versus a local national chain Right up the road.
