  I really don't like leaving negative reviews but we ate there yesterday and it was a pretty bad experience. We drove in to catch a movie and swung by pizza hut to grab a bite before the show started. We got there after the church crowd, about 3 PM, and even though there was a wait to be seated sign at the counter we were told to seat ourselves, it seemed like it took an unusually long time for a waitress to come to our table with menus ( 4 of us and only 3 menus) and to take our drink orders. Brought our drinks and took our order while standing behind me, had to look over my shoulder to talk to her, then brought our plates and silverware ( 1 plate had a hair on it and only brought 2 sets of silverware). Sent the dirty plate back when our food came, wete never brought another or extra silverware and nobody checked to see if our drinks needed refilling. Stopped by the restroom on my way out, urinal out of order and covered by a garbage bag and everything else just generally nasty. I get that staffing and training can be an issue, but every time I get on social media I see someone lecturing everyone about tipping etiquette. Is this kind of experience what paying customers are expected to tip 20 or 25% for. You guys gotta do better.

  Got two Pizzas, Garlic cheesey breadsticks and Cinnamon buns. Everything was delicious!!! The girl at the window was very good! Acted like she was glad to work there and take our order. Very helpful!!!! Plus she was smiling and clean looking. I had not been there in a long time. I'll be coming more often. It must be the new management!

  The lunch bar was fresh and the pizza was very good. We arrived just as they were putting out the food. Initially the options were very limited but after a bit there was much more to choose from, so maybe give it 15-20 before going (not right at 11:00) if you want more options. Our server was very sweet and attentive. We had a very nice lunch.

  This place has turned into a joke. I placed an online order almost an hour ahead of my pickup time, we get there at the exact pickup time, and they haven't even started cooking yet. Guy comes to the window and says it's not quite ready and disappears for almost thirty minutes. Two other people come up saying it's getting cut after 15-20 minutes, before he finally shows up and admits my order got skipped after spending almost $80 including an 18% tip.
