  This Taco Bell has amazing service. Sweet staff and food is always fresh. They get me in & out, FAST!

  My food was delicious. I went in and waited like 5 min for a cashier to take my order. I'm the only person in line, workers just walking pass, person at drive thru, person fixing the orders, a person bagging orders and another person I guess manager. Not 1 person asked to take my order or if I needed help. So the bagger holler a name the person gets up grab food and go, the bagger didn't acknowledge me standing there or ask how can I help or what's your order. So I look around and see this kiosk screen thing and I'm like ohhh I have to order from the screen I guess 🤷 I was there a whole 15 minutes without anyone of the employees saying, "ma'am you have to order from the kiosk over there" I usually go to the drive thru but I went on this time. What happened to customer service in the fast food system? These kids don't have social skills or common sense 🤦. The guy that fixed my order is the reason I gave this score, he made neat taco supremes and nacho belgrande was on point.

  They have a lot of new options that are great! The Baja Blast tasted like the syrup needed to be changed, but we did drive through so we didn't realize until we left.

  Ok so I'm 45 years old and have despised Taco Bell my entire life! It's about 11:30pm and in the small town of Saraland, Al., you have 2 choices for food this time of night, either Waffle House, or Taco Bell. Well I work at Waffle House and it's my night off so I'll eat there tomorrow when I'm working. I ordered the " chips and nachos supreme" along with 2 cheesy beef burritos, and some kind of magical cinnamon doughnut hole looking things. First off the chips and nachos supreme was not only absolutely delicious, it was such a great value which is very hard to find in this day and age. I give them an 11 out of 10! Now the burritos were nothing special but they pretty good and filling. And the cinnamon doughnut holes, were out of this world! I spent 12 bucks or so after tax. At this time of night, for this quality of food, I would have happily paid twice that! I no longer despise Taco Bell, in fact, I'm greatfull! Thanks guys for changing my mind and giving me good service and even better food!
