  I've gone to this chickfila 3 times. The first time took the longest but my order was right. The 2nd time I went for breakfast. I got a chicken biscuit meal and a burrito. I asked for grape jelly, ketchup and the picante sauce for the burrito. I get my food and get on the interstate. I reach in the bag and there are zero condiments or a straw for my drink. I just went for the 3rd time this past Saturday 5/16. There was only a few cars there. I ordered via the app and was the only one in that line. I spent $36 on 1 sandwhich meals and a 12 count nugget. My bf was the one driving this time. It took quite a while to get our food while the girl standing at the pickup area cut up and laughed. When we got out food NONE of it was hot. It was all room temperature and the fries tasted old. We waited a good bit to get the food for it to just be warm. So disappointed in this location. I frequent the one in Gulfport and there lines are always much longer but it moves faster than this location and the food is always fresh. I went through the app and left feedback, was told someone from the store would reach out to me. Haven't heard anything yet. This is a throw away acct.

  Since opening, of this particular Chick-fil-A location has made several errors regarding my orders, including missing items and unfulfilled orders. This is a departure from the consistent quality I've experienced at other Chick-fil-A restaurants

  Very efficient and organized even though there’s always a constant car line as well as an indoor order line but the wait is never long.

  I have always enjoyed Chick-fil-A, but this location was a let down. As usual the lines were very busy but we noticed that the runners were taking orders to cars behind us. I only ordered the sausage egg and cheese sandwich and a small box of mini chicken bites. We addressed one of the runners who told us to pull down to the side, which we did. After about 10 minutes with our food still not delivered and more cars getting their food behind us, we backed up and asked what was the problem. They never gave us a solid answer, more of avoidance of the issue. Finally after about 15 minutes or more, we decided to leave and get our money back, when the order came out. I have never experienced a 15+ minute wait at Chick-Fil-A, and to to make matters worse, the runners seemed not to care and did not explain the delay as other cars from behind us got their orders in a timely manner. Perhaps this Chick-Fil-A being new had something to do with the problem, but customer service should be number one no matter what the issue is. My experience with the Saraland store was not a good one, I will go back to the Dauphin Street store no matter where I am in the city because after years of going there I have never, ever had a bad experience.
