- CKCathy KuykendallSep 19, 20265.0People who work the drive thru are so nice and helpful. They treat you as if you are the only customer they have. Both repeat your order back to you as they hand it you. They listen to what you are saying and your requests. Plus the food is good!
- WMWade MarquissSep 16, 20265.0Fast service and food was great
- TWTony welbornSep 14, 20262.0The food is slip. They can't get an order right for nothing. 5 visit in a row and r times the order was wrong. I had to wait forever even tho nobody was in front of me. I had to pull up and wait on 2 burgers and a fry while the next 3 customers got their food without waiting. And nothing against gay people but twice it was all gay people working the front and window. I could tell because that's all they talked about once and the second time they was hitting on each other while talking about ex lovers and wearing all rainbow stuff.
- MTMacie TramblaySep 1, 20265.0My experience at Jacks, was such a memorable time. I didn’t get to catch my servers name, but he was so silly and really made my day with his relatable jokes. It was such a positive experience and the atmosphere was amazing. Plus, my milkshake was da bomb!! 🥳 10/10 would go again!
