  I have tried this location MULTIPLE times and even have tried to get the to remake the pizzas they’ve messed up. These are supposed to be the specialty pizzas extravaganzzz and Wisconsin 6 cheese…they are crappy made pizza that don’t look as they are supposed to. The cheese pizza BARELY has any cheese (which has happened on numerous occasions and when I ask for it to be remade they say “that’s how it is supposed to look”). The “supreme” pizza has minimal effort and hardly any toppings. I will no longer go to this location unless these issues are addressed. The attitudes from the staff is unprofessional and distasteful. I will take my business to the other locations as I did before they were in Russellville even though it’s more convenient. I would rather travel and be satisfied with my order than settle and spend money I’m not happy with.

  Placed order leaving muscle shoals got here order was not even started yet the 2 employees was just talking store wasn’t busy at all

  Last 4-5 times we’ve ordered it has taken well over an hour to deliver, when the app says the wait is 20 minutes. They drive 20 minutes away from store out of the delivery zone because regardless of the many attempts to correct them, write in special instructions box, to make sure they come to street and not lane, they continue to make same mistake again and again and again! We have big family and always spend about $100, least one time $60, it’s come to the point WE ARE DONE! Never Again! The Management isn’t of any assistance, just EXCUSES! I’ve worked in management and completely understand that things happen, sometimes beyond your control, but 5 times straight??? Nah. We’re good on that! Not one to complain about much, but when you’re spending as much for a meal as we do, I at the least deserve HOT food. If delivery time isn’t 20 minutes, the app should just say so. Instead the manager is putting that food has been delivered 30 minutes before it actually arrives! Why? To make things look good on paper??? If I could give negative 5stars at this point, I would! Also the Manager evidently has no contact to give for his boss?lol. When they first opened, great service! Didn’t take long for that to change!!!

  Not onetime has our order been correct when ordering from here. Also, ordered on app and always have to wait 45 minutes longer than time originally given. We tried to give them another chance, never again.

  Dilevery was over on hour late and cold. We order 3hrs early to make sure to be there at 6 and still was hour late. Also we saw the driver pass hour building going back to the store. We were not happy
