    Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever received! Off the charts rudeness, and I have a food service background!!! Quite literally left in tears. There was some sort of issue with "checking in" through the app, and location services checked me in as soon as I pulled in parking lot. Because of this, I was unable to pickup curbside and was directed to go to the counter for my order. I went up to the cashier and explained that this had never happened before, and asked if I was correctly checked in or if I needed to do anything else. We looked over and saw the 6 iced coffees I had ordered, and she confirmed that I was checked in. Approximately 3 minutes later, a man who looked like a manager came up to me with a receipt that said "staging," and without as much as a hello, very rudely asked me if I was checked in. I immediately explained my conversation with the cashier and that there didn't appear to be an additional way to check in through the app, thinking this would be the end of the conversation. Then the man starts telling me if I don't check in, that I wasn't actually going to be charged for the food and they would be giving it to me for free. I told him I didn't understand how their system worked, but that I wasn't trying to get food for free and I just wanted to do whatever was necessary to get my order, but the app seemed to have checked me in with location services and I did already have a receipt. He once again starts repeating I need to check in or I wouldn't actually be paying for my food. Each time more rudely and more loudly....you would have thought it was coming directly out of his own pocket! (Cashier now has her back to us, and refuses to turn around and confirm what I said, but can DEFINITELY hear what's going on.... Everyone in the restaurant could hear what was going on at that point) At this point I am so embarrassed that I am in tears. Thank goodness my son walked in at that moment, and he was able to see that there was no additional way to check in and was able to locate the receipt, and calmly explained this to the man. The employee kept repeating we were going to get the food for free and that we had to check in. At no point did he offer to help check us in on the app. He even told us we were going to have to cancel the original order and reorder it. Unfortunately, there would have been a major cost difference due to the ordering times, and I told him if I cancelled the order I wouldn't be reordering. Finally another gentleman behind the counter came over and gave us the food that was in our order, and just told us "we were good and can go." Coffees had been sitting unlabeled on counter during whole interaction, so we had no idea which was which (we have diabetics in the family, so this was important), and were totally watered down. The charge has posted to my account, so I still have no idea what he was talking about! When we complained to management the next morning, they refused to give us his name in order to complain to corporate, but explained they knew exactly of whom we were talking. They know about his behavior, and still keep him on.....What an absolute bully!

    Under staff zero communication with each other and I can see why two managers yelling at each other orders given to wrong people who wants to work there much less eat there
