  Worse McDonald's i have ever been in and I like McDonald's but I will not eat at this one again nasty food and survice do not service customers in the lobby area they yell at you to use the kiosk

  Stopped here on our way home from the beach. Ordered from the kiosk. Service was very slow and there was just a few people eating inside. We ordered Big Mac Meals. The tops buns on both sandwiches had no burgers. We brought it to the managers attention, and she was nasty and said burgers were both on the bottom of the sandwiches, then screamed at the girl in the back asking why she was making the Big Macs that way. Buns were stale and food wasn’t hot. Try to choose McDonalds over Burger King, but no more. Every time we try to give McDonald’s a chance it consistency disappoints. Customer service sucks!

  I do Door Dash so I’m here constantly. I’ve seen the good days and the bad BUT I’ve also seen the horrible. You have women walking around with their pants 6 inches below their waste (not an exaggeration) people yelling throughout the kitchen things that nobody should be hearing especially customers with kids, and workers coming back in from break smelling like marijuana and not to mention all outside leaving one person in the kitchen. Tonight, I went in while I was waiting for a Dash order to come through and had to use the restroom. It was HORRIBLE! A worker had just left out of there a few minutes prior which made the situation worse. Don’t worry though; I cleaned it and plunged the toilet to get it to work again. Here’s a before and after.

  Ordered three sandwiches. Two of the three were wrong and the third one was right, but it tasted like the burger meat had been sitting for hours. Also, the facility was very dirty. I went through the drive-thru and could see stuff all over the floors. Their drive-through had trash in it as well. Definitely would not return.

  Its sad how bad mcdonalds has become. If you even get your order correctly or hot it takes forever to get and half the McDonald's staff seems like they dont like being there. It took us 30 minutes the other morning to get our breakfast. I use to love mcdobalds but I think im good from now on finding somewhere else.
