  Imagine the person taking your order deciding you ordered something you didn't, and then attempting to force you to pick a drink for it anyways even though it's not what you wanted. That was my one singular sonic experience ever, it happened to be at this sonic, and it was today. I also honestly needed a new hockey puck glad the burger turned out to be worth something lol

  Just got some food from there. Opened my burger and it was raw…. Pink… my son’s chicken…. Raw not cooked… very very upset. And the service was trash rude woman took my order.

  Me and my wife literally went to RAINSVILLE sonic. We have a little child seven years of age. They gave us a fully not cooked burger. They gave my seven-year-old son fully not cooked chicken and I am very very upset about it! If it wasn’t for my wife looking at the burger and the chicken who knows what they would be going through right now -100 star review horrible place horrible people everyone had attitudes nobody cared.

  The service is absolutely pathetic. In the last month, they’ve forgotten my drinks in a DoorDash order and willingly told me the server saw them on the tray and just “forgot” to hand them out. No refund. Today, They willingly told me after sitting for 20 minutes that they accidentally handed my food to someone else but “freshly remade it.” Guess what? It’s not right either. I literally can’t make up how ignorant and lazy the workers at this location are.
