The hot honey rub is my favorite and everytime I order it the wings always deliver ill always be a fan of wingstop and can't wait for my next visit

My wife and I came in on Sunday afternoon 8/16 to pick up an order our son placed at the Rainbow City location. The order status board showed the order was ready so like dummies we figured that the order was ready. The girl working the counter went back and forth to the kitchen a few times before she even looked at us. When she finally acknowledged us we told her the name for the order. She rudely said if it's not on the rack, it ain't ready. I can't give you nothing I ain't got. I've worked in customer service for over 30 years so I know good customer service. I can tell you with 100% certainty, that wasn't it. At the very least she should be reprimanded and have to go through customer service etiquette training if WingStop does that. If not, they should because this individual doesn't know anything about passible customer service, not to mention, good customer service. They gave my sisters in about 10 minutes and they gave my order to someone else so they had to remake it. I waited for about 40 minutes after and my food was still not ready. I asked for a refund and the refund process took about 5 minutes. There was no place to sit down and eat and my sisters food was cold by the time we left. Never going back!

Wasn’t the staff’s fault though, there were 2 cooks and 1 girl working the register. Staff was nice and friendly. Would come here again. However, I wish this was designed to be a dine-in restaurant.
