  Placed an online order and redeemed a free melt. There was nowhere on the app to add black olives in so ai put in the notes add black olives will pay. I immediately called the store less than a minute after placing the order and explained the situation to the person that I had just placed an online order and that I wanted to add olives to the melt but it wasn’t an option. I then asked if they would do it and I would either pay cash or with my card over the phone. The guy said the melt was already in the oven…less than a minute later but okay, whatever. I then asked if I could have the black olives on the side and reiterated that I would pay for it over the phone or in cash. He said no problem so I said I’d just pay the couple dollars cash when they got here. Needless to say, order arrives and no black olives.😑 As the GM of a neighboring restaurant myself I find it extremely frustrating when someone says they will do something that I’m willing to pay for, then it doesn’t happen. If you can’t or don’t want to just say I’m sorry but no, do NOT tell a customer you’ll do it and then don’t. I don’t usually complain but stuff like this has happened repeatedly when I order from this Pizza Hut. I’ll pay for extra sauces and not get them or ask for extra sauce on my pizza and it barely has any. We used to order from there weekly but now only do so every few months because of this. So just want to say to management please do better. When someone chooses to spend their hard earned money at your establishment it’s a compliment and they should get what they ask for and if you can’t do something please just say so. I love Pizza Hut more than any other pizza place but this one has been going downhill for a while. My son is so disappointed with his melt and now I’m even more wary of ordering from here. It’s not correct more often than not and this location has lost a couple hundred a month just from us not placing orders as much. Maybe that doesn’t seem like much but in this economy every dollar counts and your loyal customers are what keeps your doors open. Sorry for the rant but as I stated earlier, it’s happened multiple times so just wanted to make management aware. Again.

  Do not order here. My order was over 1 hr 20 min late & cold. No call no nothing. Ridiculous no wonder it has a 3 star rating.

  They got the wing sauce wrong and the jalapeños were super hot on our pizza, but overall it was pretty tasty.

  Very good carry out pizza! My experience is that the pizza was better than other known pizza store chains in Rainbow City/South Gadsden, AL. It’s not what I’d call an eat-in restaurant but I went for the pizza!
