  They have shorted my orders on 2 separate occasions. The first was only short a few wings - I let that slide but the latest order was missing 12 wings. I mean like almost half the order was missing. Of course no customer knows this until they get home and open the bag. Then realize you will need to go back out and buy more food so everyone has something to eat. Very inconvenient and totally unacceptable.

  I can’t speak on the inside, but I get wingstop delivered from DoorDash very often. They have never missed. If they ever have, it’s been my fault. (Like not asking them to fry hard) but mannnn, their hot honey boneless wings? ON POINT! Always seasoned amazingly. Also the mango habanero is a second favorite. One word I can describe this location is “consistent.” I know what I’m going to get all the time and it rarely ever changes. Keep up the great work!

  I arrived to pick up my order well after the expected time that was placed online. I proceeded to the counter and was not acknowledged, which was okay as I observed the staff member preparing an order by himself without gloves, a hairnet, or an apron, with his lower abdomen exposed as his Wingstop branded shirt was not appropriately sized for his overlapping belly. When the employee came to the bagging area, he did not look up or attempt to acknowledge me, so I simply stated, "I have a pickup order for [name stated]." He then abruptly stated, "Hold on, I'm by myself." I asked, "Was it ready?" He said, "No." I replied, "That's not gonna work for me, I'm on my way to work." He then told me to "get on out of here then." I then stated I needed a refund. He initially ignored me as I repeated myself several times before he stated, "You will get one." I asked when and how, and he stated, "3-5 business days." I then asked, "What's your name?" He stated, "Jay." I said, "Y'all "messed up" my order last week." He wanted to argue that he wasn't there last week. All of this was fine as I understood the frustration, but the blatant lack of respect and professionalism are unacceptable. As my motto is "principles before problems." Also, the prior week I had a similar experience with this same employee over the phone when my order was messed up. Just rude and unprofessional. I'm sure that "Jay" holds a leadership position, which definitely warrants a demotion or termination from this company, as the consistency in being unable to run the store efficiently and the lack of leadership skills that are consistently displayed with customers and staff are to be examined. The other staff members have been courteous during my previous visits to this location. Reply: Thank you for your prompt response. I have already submitted a formal complaint through the provided link. I will follow up with the corporate office on Monday.

  This was absolutely an amazing first experience. The store manager and the flavor special made sure it was taken care of. Any time I want wings. I am coming here. Phenomenal customer service and food is absolutely fresh, hot, and delicious. If these gentlemen leave, you will loose me. Jake and josh deserves a raise. I dont care how much they make. They deserve more. 1,000/10 they make this place the experience and place to go.
