  That was the worst hamburger I've ever had. I got the double, no cheese. It only had a little mustard, hardly any lettuce and nothing on the bottom bun. Was so dry. And the fries way too salty. We went thru the drive through. Should have gone to Burger King 🤴

  Horrible...absolitely horrible. I placed a mobile order from the parking lot so I didn't block the drive-thru while deciding. I placed the mobile order @ 10:17am and walked in. Was supposed to be ready between 10:22-10:25. Inside there were only 2 tables with a couple people at them and 2 cars in the drive-thru. At 10:19 I said I had a mobile pickup. They said it came thru a couple of minutes ago and would be out soon. 15min later, I had watched over 1 dozen people come in and order after me. 2/3 of them had gotten there food. Not to mention all the vehicles I watched come and go thru the drive-thru. I asked the worker what was going on. She said they were waiting on my "fries". Probably just a generic answer bcuz I didn't even order any fries. I ordered 3 breakfast burgers, 2 hashbrowns, and 1 cinnamon roll. Needless to say it was still 8min later before I left out of there @ 10:42. When I got my order I saw her grab it from off to the side by the drive-thru. It probably sat there for a long time before that bcuz my hashbrowns were room temperature and my burgers, which are triple wrapped, were lukewarm. No apology. No nothing. Won't be spending here again!

  Would have received five stars overall if they were more attentive at the drive thru on what customers would like to keep off of their sandwich. I always get no onions on my patty melt, and if you put them on and I have to remove them, the onion flavor is still there. That’s all. Please listen to the customers if they want something taken off.

  We have stopped here several times on our way to Florida. It is consistently the worst place we have ever eaten at. The employees are rude. The food is terrible. The restaurant is always a disaster and so dirty. They have a single women’s and men’s bathroom that stays full. I walked over to Wendy’s both times we stopped because the line was so long. .

  @Whataburger at the Millbrook Alabama location. My husband and I are from Indiana, first time experience for my daughter and son in law. Cashier took our order quickly and the food was prepared and delivered to our table super fast. Everything we ordered was well prepared and DELICIOUS!! Staff were polite and everyone was working together like a well oiled machine. A big rush of people came through while we were eating and when it died down a bit I could hear the manager telling the team what a good job they were doing. Kudos to this @Whataburger store and staff, your dedication shows!!!!
