  Ordered an avocado bacon burger, they were out of avocado, but instead of telling us that they just made the avocado bacon burger with no avocado. Talked to a manager about it, she offered no refund, just a replacement. Asked for the wrangler as a replacement, was cut off mid-sentence with “we don’t sell that anymore”, though its still on whataburgers main website. Asked for a large combo meal, got a medium. No ketchup until requested, noticed this for other customers too. Overall not a great experience.

  We LOVE Whataburger. Stop at every one we see.. BUT this one we’ve stopped at 2xs and each time had issues (which is very unusual for a whataburger) this time ( and it will be our last time. We didn’t receive bacon on either of our bacon hamburgers there was no ice. No root beer and when we told the manager he looked us right In the face and said “what do you want me to do about it “ sooo I guess NOTHING!

  I walked in and placed an order at 7:00 pm with only one other customer and maybe 2 or 3 in the drive through. After 20 minutes of waiting and no one at the counter, I got the attention of one of the employees in the back. There appeared to be 10-12 people in the back having a party. The employee got the manager and she asked to see my receipt. After another 5 minutes I finally got my cheeseburger and cold fries. Not so much as “I'm sorry for the wait” or anything. Poorly run “fast food” restaurant.

  This is the worst whataburger I have ever been to. I am from the north so we don’t have these up there so anytime I see one down south I make sure to go! The cashier “Kaitlyn L” was so so rude the entire time, very short when I asked questions and just so much attitude in a little body. I ordered one burger and fries and waited 24 mins for it. There were a handful of customers in between when I ordered and when I received my food and she was rude to everyone. What disturbed me the most was her rudeness and lack of helpfulness and patience with seniors. Waited all that time and food was still cold, so it’s not that they were actually struggling. No one was pressed to hand anyone their food. Just poor communication and teamwork on their end

  There was a large church crowd to be fair, I would expect some delays. The restaurant wasn't very clean and it took over 30 minutes to get our food. I ordered the honey butter wings with jalapeno ranch. What they brought was dry wings with no dipping sauce other than ketchup. We were traveling and couldn't waste another 30 minutes trying to get honey butter sauce and jalapeno ranch so I ate them dry and we left. We aren't likely to stop again when passing through.
