  We moved down to Alabama last year. We came from a very small town in Northeast Ohio. There wasn't any Sonic's near our home so, we've never been to one. I explain this because we didn't have their app so we needed to order off the screen. A women told us she would be with us in a moment. After fifteen minutes of waiting without anyone speaking to us again we left. Other than us there were three other cars there so they weren't packed. My scanned the QR code to leave a review but you can leave one if you have an order number. I guess this means this location really didn't want new customers. We drove down the street to Arby's and got fresh hot food in under four minutes.

  HOLY SLOW!!! Possibly the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. Slow as molasses and out of ice cream and pickles for my burger. What kind of Sonic runs out of ice cream?!?!?!

  On my lunch break working less than 2 minutes away from the sonic I first pulled into a broken screen that was out of service. Circled around the building to another screen to order and it was also broke, but would let me press the call light to order. After a few minutes I got a response and as I started to order they asked me to wait in the middle of my order. Then I waited for about 4 minutes before I pulled up to another screen that was working. This one I was able to work and the employees working it did a great job and was fast and polite. Then once I got the food I was disappointed. The chicken tenders tasted like they where over cooked and left in too long. The fries where also very dry and crunchy and looked like they had been pulled out from the bottom of a bag you could buy from Walmart. Then the sad part... My burger. When I returned back to work it was already cold. I literally had to warm up my burger. All in all the food was not amazing, the atmosphere was lacking, and the service was ok. I would not recommend going here if you have other options available.

  I only wanted a large peach tea and they took orders after mine. They had full food orders. I set there for 15 minutes

  This review is for the Millbrook store, not Prattville. Waited in the drive thru lane for over 10 minutes and it never moved. Decided to park and order. The guy questioned my drink order, but said ok and gave me a price. After 20 minutes a car hop guy came out with food. I told him that must be for the guy next to me. Another 15 minutes went by and I decided it was time to leave! Poor guy next to me probably fell asleep waiting. We ended up going to the Prattville location which appeared even busier, but 7 minutes later, we got our drinks and drove away. Thanks Prattville for saving the day.
